# Wildnora Pinterest API Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Aethereality Company Limited ("Wildnora", "we", "us" or "our") processes information through Wildnora Commerce Operations, a private internal tool connecting our company-owned Pinterest Business account with wildnora.com.

## Scope and access

The tool is available only to authorized Wildnora employees and approved contractors. It has no public registration and is not offered to customers or unrelated Pinterest users. It supports Wildnora-owned Pins, boards, permitted performance reporting and, where enabled, Wildnora's own retail catalog.

## Information processed

The tool may process Pinterest account identifiers, Pin and board identifiers and metadata, catalog/product identifiers, product URLs, images, prices and availability from wildnora.com, permitted analytics, OAuth tokens and limited technical logs. The exact data depends on authorized scopes. We do not request or collect Pinterest passwords, browser cookies or session credentials.

## Purposes

We process this information only to operate Wildnora's own content and commerce workflows, secure and troubleshoot the integration, and comply with law and Pinterest policies. We do not sell Pinterest information, perform unrelated profiling, combine unrelated users' account data or provide it to other advertising services.

## Storage and retention

Pinterest information is called from the API when needed and is not retained unless necessary and permitted under Pinterest's Developer Guidelines and applicable law. OAuth credentials are encrypted, backend-only and retained only while the connection is active. Logs exclude tokens and are retained for [30] days. When disconnected, credentials are revoked or deleted and eligible cached data is removed, subject to limited legal, security and backup obligations.

## Sharing and security

Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers that host or secure the tool under confidentiality and processing agreements. We use HTTPS, encryption at rest, role-based controls, managed secrets, logging and access reviews. We may disclose information if legally required or necessary to protect our systems. Pinterest information is not sold or rented.

## Requests

Authorized users may disconnect access through the tool or Pinterest settings. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion may be sent to [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Identity and authority may be verified before action.

## Pinterest and policy updates
