RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
We offer store credit for returned items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please read the product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on accessories, swimwear, bodysuits, and sale items.
If the return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject it.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at service@wildnora.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will provide instructions and a return address.

We recommend using a tracked service, as Wildnora is not liable for any lost or undelivered parcels.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued a store credit via email in the form of a digital gift card.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We thoroughly check all products before shipment, but if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email service@wildnora.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

A clear photo of the fault

A brief description of the issue
We will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.
