1. Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery, so unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make changes once an order is placed. Please double-check your order details before checking out.
2. I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order directly through our website’s [Order Tracking Page] (if applicable) using your order number and email.
4. What if I received the wrong item or a faulty product?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us at service@wildnora.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Wildnora ships worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
6. Will I need to pay duties and taxes on international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes that are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in our prices and vary by country.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

8. I forgot to use my discount code. Can I apply it afterward?
Unfortunately, discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been placed.
9. Can I return or exchange sale items?
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless faulty.
